How long does shipping and delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days nationwide. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email as soon as your package dispatches.

What is your exchange and return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy for size issues or defective items. Due to hygiene reasons, returned vests, socks, and innerwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

How do I find the right size for my child?

Each product page includes a detailed age and size guide based on height and weight. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort and room to grow.
